A strong character is a must! Sucellus is looking for highly motivated & self-driven Field Managers to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the alcohol beverage industry while we build emerging brands.
At Sucellus, we offer on-the-job training, flexible full-time schedules and a springboard for growth. The Sucellus Field Sales Team is responsible for increasing sales within a flexible territory by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. As a member of this Team, you will be given clear expectations based on your scheduling.
Responsibilities of the Role:
· Work to drive sales of existing distribution in on & off-premise licensed accounts
· Establish or grow business from a provided list of new high potential accounts
· Identify and establish contact with new potential customers
· Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers & consumers
· Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
· Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
· Track activity in the market via provided app and computer-based customer relationship software
· Provide accurate sales data and projections
Requirements for the Role:
· Educational degrees preferred and sales experience required
· Industry experience preferred
· Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
· Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. Training can be provided if necessary.
· Ability and willingness to travel in a jointly established territory for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings. Overnights not required.
· Strict adherence to responsible behavior around alcohol.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
